I'll see what happens from there. The guy fiddled around walking in and out. Then he finally said he don't know why they sent him because he wasn't qualified to do this stuff. Wow...something a customer really wants to hear especially since it's dealing with their electrical work. Anyway, a few days later, they sent someone else and it was fixed.

The salesperson was never an issue at all...ok...just once...but it wasn't his fault. We upgraded everything we could think of...carpet, appliances, windows, skylite, ect. So, we contacted him about getting wrap all the way around the house. He called the factory, and called us back and said it would get done. I started contacting Nobility homes again on July 29th after Nobility had been out to my house in May to correct the problems we are having. On July 29, 2014 I told them the crack in my ceiling was back and that my carpet was starting to fray and that my dish washer was not working properly.

Due to a mini stroke, I lost my good job and have no way to fix it. I tried contacting Nobility out of desparation to no avail. Not even the VA has any programs or help for me.

Heck, my family dog of 4 years (she's our baby) isn't even allowed to come in our living anymore because of the carpet. How to start......I bought the Brandon model home from Nobility homes and it was built in Ocala. I was sooo excited to get my first home and I spent in the mid 60's for it.

Anyway, the electric company's truck pulled up almost at 5pm. He looked at the pole really confused and said 'I guess you're wanting this done today'. I said of course because I want to stay here tonite!

And the more I went through that half, there were several lights and outlets not working! They did send a repairman out the following week, about mid-week or so. Remember I couldn't call them until Monday. This repairman didn't even take his shoes off or cover them with paper booties! I moved my throw carpets where he was walking through the living room....and he went straight around them the next time! Ok....$650 didn't mean much to him, but it did to me.

Poor workmanship, service etc etc etc . Do not give them the time of day! Once they get your money Prestige/Nobility WON'T give you the time of day!

How those businesses take care of those complaints is what separates good businesses from the rest. Prestige / Nobility is the absolute WORSE Company in Florida!!!! Biggest mistake we ever made giving them our trust and money.

He shook his head as if he couldn't do it that easily! Anyway, about 20 minutes later, we had electric! We could stay in the house that nite! Well, as I walked through the house putting in light bulbs, I noticed the kitchen light wasn't working.

For Consumers

I was told that I was on the schedule but that they did not service my area so they were not sure when they would have someone out. I purchsed my home from 2 years ago..They use materials and products that do not last. The first thing that happened is they did not listen to my wife or myself during the installation of the stairs or the A/C.

So, the phone guy asked to check the kitchen line . This is the best way to manage and repair your business reputation. Hiding negative complaints is only a Band-Aid. Consumers want to see how a business took care of business. Get more reviews from your customers with Birdeye. That company that installed it came right out as soon as we called.

Local BBB

I was told by the salesperson to just pay the deductible and replace the carpet myself and they put cheap carpet in them anyways. I did not feel that after only having the house less than a year I should have to do any of that myself, I feel it is there responsibility. All business will get complaints.
